Today I’m going to be talking about treating skin rash and inflammation with healthy foods (Pityriasis Rosea). The reason why is because these past few months I developed a skin rash called Pityriasis Rosea, and I tried to heal it by changing my diet and following the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP). To me food is medicine, so before taking medication I wanted to try using anti-inflammatory foods as a natural home remedy to help clear my skin rash.
