As I said in the video, I spent a lot of time lurking r/skincareaddiction and r/asianbeauty in 2017 and a year and a half later I’m much happier with my skin.
I get on a soapbox about these things quite often IRL…so I dispelled as much as I could into these twenty minutes.

As a last note, please do not use any products with adhesives on them or things that dry and peel off. Unless your intent is to remove the top layer of skin as a peel, this will expose your pores more than usual and you should not wear make-up etc for at LEAST 24-48 hours after.
